MY STORY...
My Journey into the hair industry started when I was just fourteen.
At that age, I had no idea what I wanted to do career wise, but what started as a Saturday job quickly became something I genuinely loved.
I went on to train at Belfast Academy of Hair and Beauty, spending the early years of my career learning from other talented stylists and taking every opportunity I could to develop my skills. Over time, I realised that the part of hairdressing I loved most was styling- particularly the creativity and detail involved in dressing hair.
That passion eventually led me to create Pro Hair by Catherine and specialise in wedding hair. Today, I get to spend my working days with brides and their families, creating beautiful hairstyles and being part of such a special morning- something I still genuinely love after all these years.

Hi, I'm Catherine, a wedding hairstylist with over 15 years' experience, specialising in modern, effortless hairstyles for brides and their bridal parties across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
I absolutely love being a part of a wedding morning. For me, it's not only about creating beautiful hair- it's about making sure you feel comfortable, confident and completely yourself while enjoying the build-up to your day.
I'm naturally very organised (which definitely comes in handy on wedding mornings!) and I pride myself on creating a relaxed atmosphere while keeping everything running smoothly and on time. From the first consultation and trial to those final touches before you leave, I'm there to make the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable.

Being part of a wedding morning is about so much more than creating beautiful hair. I'm there to keep things calm, organised and running on time, while making sure you can relax and enjoy every part of your morning.
